Guest apartment is situated on 40 acres.  We have private parking with space for your boat if traveling to fish. Property is located  on secure private residence. King-size bed. Sofa. Cable TV. Cable TV, Netflix, and streaming. Internet. Kitchen. 
A short drive to many boat ramps on Lake Fork. 20 minutes from Canton First Monday Trade Days. 10 minutes from Sulpher Springs. Your privacy and solitude are very important to us. Dining and Entertainment nearby.
Be outside and enjoy colorful sunrises and sunsets with stars as far as the eyes can see. Enjoy walking paths and bridges with scenic overlooks. Located 5 minutes north of Emory.
