"Although the property is a bit dated the rooms are fresh and modern with a high level of cleanliness. The attached restaurant Lime 303 is a great choice for high end eating in Albany. We have been here on 2 separate occasions and we plan on staying here again. "

The communal bathroom could do with an upgrade, but everything worked. Not sure how rooms are selected/allocated, my room was almost as far as possible from the communal bathroom."

"Room was pleasantly and suprisingly more modern than expected. Spacious room, comfortable and big king size bed. Bathroom was also sufficiently spacious. Amentities were great with plenty of power points, storage space and really happy with the microwave and crockery. Generally quite clean. Staff were friendly as well. Location is a few mins drive to town centre. Suggested areas of improvement: could do with an extra bin (one in bathrom and one in main room), more hooks or rails in bathroom, slippers (do hotels still supply those?), and the toilet seat was slighly wet upon arrival (assume from recent clean). Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay and would stay again."
"Overall a very comfortable stay. Kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated but it was very spacious and had great extras like cooking oil and cling wrap. Also loved having a washing machine and dryer and the bed had an electric blanket. Would be a great place with kids as there’s a large lawn area out the back and a large green reserve at the front of the house. "
