Dear S, Thank you for taking time to let us know of your experience during your stay with us. I learnt of the internet failure in the night when no engineer was available to come to our rescue and since we had no other option everyone was frustrated but the following day the problem got fixed. In regards to coffee for early risers we are going to introduce a coffee maker in each room so you won't have to miss your coffee the next time when you visit. Hope i can earn back your trust.

Thank you very much Mr.Jeong Oh for your genuine feedback. All our rooms have hot water and we are aiming at giving our guests the best. All our staff are very friendly and always willing to serve our wonderful guests. Yes the bugs are lake flies since we are just a few meters from the beach and actually don't bite, i'm glad that none of you was bitten. Otherwise i hope you enjoyed your stay with us. Warm Regards.

Dear Brenda, Thank you very much for this feedback, it means alot to us and i want to apologize on behalf of the hotel staff for the disappointment and also for falling short of your expectations about the hotel shuttle and the cockroach in the room. There was a miscommunication with the booking department and the hotel management but we are working on enhancing our transportation and also working hand in hand with the fumigation services to carryout a routine fumigation monthly in an endeavor to offer a comfortable atmosphere.
