House Rules:



🚭 This property is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.



🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



⛔ Animals are strictly prohibited.



🧹 Bed linens, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement of the apartment for €30 before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of €60 will be charged to you.



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID document via the Yaago platform will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the property.
