A lovely small hotel in a restored historic building in central San Miguel de Allende. The property has a nice restaurant and bar with seating area. The rooms are spacious and well lit, with a lovely brick ceiling. A delicious breakfast was included in our rate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience and would stay here again! Conveniently located in the center of Old Town and a block away from el Jardin. So many bars, restaurants and shops to explore in the surrounding area. However, rooftop restaurant at 1810 is fabulous with it's view of the city and St Michael's - was a magical experience for us on our first night. Food and service were outstanding. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly and made an effort to call us by our name while we were there. Room was quiet (we had Room 101). It had a large bathroom, shower and plenty of towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo and lotion. Bed was a king size and was very comfortable - felt like home -- and the pillows were a delight. Room had a writing desk, coffee service and seating area in front of a TV mounted over a fireplace. Staff was very accommodating when we had to ask for a bit of a late check out (about one hour later) even though we left on Friday and it was a busy weekend for them. Hotel provided car service that picked us up at the BJX airport in Silao which was great -- less headaches than taking a taxi for an 1-1/2 hour drive. Breakfast was included with our stay and was a delight - large selection of made-to-order entrees and great French-press coffee. Very attentive service! Bell service was great; met us about a half-block from the hotel (since the hotel is on a walking street) and carried our bags to our room when we checked in; did the reverse when we checked out.

I love this hotel. Was here on a business trip and cannot wait to take my wife back. Room was spacious and the grounds were beautiful.
