Front desk service was not warm; had to call a number to have someone come to check us in and the lady was very blunt and neither informative or welcoming in the least; no details available as to wifi password, for example. Nobody at front desk for check out either. Attached restaurant was rather noisy. "

There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”. "

"Great breakfast. Loved the area and we had a car to explore which was necessary. The waterpark and watersport activities are not part of the hotel, which is not clear from the website. Poor engagement from the staff we met in the spa and at reception with the exception of the very pleasant gentleman at reception on the first morning of our stay. "

Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected!
