Très bon emplacement pour la taille du terrain et la vue.

Ce "chalet" a un beau terrain,une belle vue mer, une belle surface, une cuisine et une SDB refaites et assez modernes. Une terrasse couverte sur le côté, une autre terrasse en étage sur le côté, une donnant sur le séjour : ces élément sont de vrais plus !Le reste est cependant ancien, pas aménagé ...
