The woman at the front desk was very hrlpful. Unfortunately, the guy was not helpful at all. The room we had was very noisy with construction going on allday and night. I told him about this but nothing changed. When i saw the young lady she helped. The first night was difficult to sleep because ...

Palandoken was the best value for money ski holiday we ever had. Lifts are ridiculously low priced, food was included at the hotel rate and was delicious and the drive from the airport to the slopes/Palan Otel was 15 minutes.
