First time staying at this hotel and everything was as described on the hotels.com Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated room. Breakfast was superb and spoiled by the choices. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Definitely will be back again.

The woman at the front desk was very hrlpful. Unfortunately, the guy was not helpful at all. The room we had was very noisy with construction going on allday and night. Palandoken was the best value for money ski holiday we ever had. Lifts are ridiculously low priced, food was included at the hotel rate and was delicious and the drive from the airport to the slopes/Palan Otel was 15 minutes.
