The living/dining room features a flatscreen satellite TV and dining table, while two bedrooms provide a double bed and two singles, perfect for families or small groups. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin, and central heating ensures year-round comfort. Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace and shared garden with furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal BBQ, sandpit, and play equipment. A pond adds to the peaceful setting, and paid bike rentals are available on request. With forest trails just 100 meters away, horse riding on-site, and fishing, golf, and swimming nearby, this location blends outdoor adventure with village charm. Shops, restaurants, and public transport are within 2 km, and the train station is just 1.5 km away.
