Amazing service, would book again.

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Room service needs more staff. Called to get food and it took 15 tries to get an answer. Lady said she was the only one prepping food and answering phone. Buffet food was blah and other restaurants was hard to get in because they were booked with “elite member” reservations.

Clean room and Fernando is a great host. Would highly recommend staying in the Palmero room!

Rooms were spotless. Beach was awesome. Service was great. Food was great.

Beautiful property! Staff were very kind. Beach is across the street but a short walk if you’re up for it - pool itself is beautiful (and huge). Keep in mind that signature all inclusive only includes a few select restaurants. Windows on Aruba and Bar Tapas are only available for dinner, so you’re pretty much eating pool side (quesadilla and jerk chicken wrap were my favorites there), or at Mulligans! The Sea Breeze buffets are not great… for breakfast it’s fine, but Mulligans is better (SO many options for each meal). Windows on Aruba was excellent all around, but Bar Tapas was disappointing… Not great food quality, but was included in our all inclusive so couldn’t complain too much! Would’ve been upset if we were paying for it out of pocket. We ended up venturing out for dinner our last two evenings and loved it - very easy to get a cab from the lobby. Had we rented a car, there was plenty of room for parking. If you’re not up for walking, they have a very accessible shuttle to bring you around / to each Divi resort. Overall, would recommend this property - especially to golfers (which we are not). But will likely be staying elsewhere in the future just because of our own preferences (wanting to explore the island vs staying at an all inclusive).
