“Casa da Fonte is nestled in one of the sweetest villages within Gerês. This place was a good value for price. However, we had major issues with check in. We sent inquiries about check in days before and received no response. We didn’t get our check in information until after the check in time, forcing us to sit in a fierce, cold rain storm. The place smelled like cigarettes and the host is not on site/wasn’t responsive. However, we may have been a one off. Everybody has a bad day and we hope……

“It was a good stay in Braga with well-equipped, clean and spacious rooms. Check in process was slightly odd in that key card was left under a folder at reception. I didn't see a single member of staff during my stay and thankfully there were no issues. Communication was limited through WhatsApp and I am not confident that things would have been quickly resolved. Very central location and close to train/bus stations. ”

“Petite maison dans une copropriété ou l'isolement est possible et agréable, de nombreuses petites attentions étaient là (serviettes, lit déjà fait, produits d'entretien et d'hygiène) c'était très agréable. La literie serait à revoir mais le logement bien agencé fait oublier ce détail. La propriétaire est sympa, pleins de petits cadeaux c'était top.”

“Bien, hay cosas a mejorar como por ejemplo que lo principal en la cocina como sal, vinagre, aceite, azucar aunque sea en proporción pequeñas para salir de paso, no había. Nos quedamos desde el día viernes hasta el domingo. Y tener en cuenta las camas son para niños de hasta 7años, porque son como 1.20 o 1.30 y las luces de la cocina y sala solo iban una. Pero bueno nosotros disfrutamos en familia que era lo que nos priorizaba en ese momento, nos apañamos al final con lo que había.”

“A very clean and well equipped apartment close to the historic attractions of the town. There are a number of places nearby to eat and drink including a shopping centre with a food court. Guimaraes is well worth a visit.”
