This hotel is best to stay when you're arriving by train or car. Its within zaragoza train station & has ample parking for guests. Rooms are on larger than most hotels in Spain.

I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by. On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials. I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! As were the chamber maid ladies. This hotel is a total pleasure to stay in. R. Villagrasa

Positives: The hotel is in a great central location and the amount of space you get is good value for the money. Negatives: After you book, you find out you have to check in at a different hotel about a 10 minute walk away - not convenient. The "house rules" state you have to do the dishes, empty the dishwasher and take out the garbage - not typical for a hotel, and they don't provide tea towels or a drying rack to facilitate doing dishes. The clothes dryer did not work - we washed a load and couldn't dry it in 3 hours. The sign at the entrance said the WiFi password was in the lobby, but really it was on the side of the fridge where we didn't see it until much later. The bed was creaky. The property was showing its age in places.

Centrally located. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast.
