“Francisco is very communicative and check in was simple. He had all the documentation ready and the apartment was in excellent condition. He had a list of sites to see and was able to coordinate tours and even breakfast. The unit itself is within walking distance of almost everything I wanted to see. I'd stay here again were I going back to Porto in the near future.”

“This is a great property, especially if traveling with a group or older children as the two upper floors each having a bathroom gives everyone their own space. The hosts were thoughtful, providing lots of amenities, coffee, helpful guides, games, etc. We could walk to many wonderful restaurants, the shores of the Duoro river, the bridges and historical buildings. The easy entry was nice as well, and there was very quick support if you had a question. ”

“Nous avons réservé ce logement pour passer 4 jours à porto avec nos deux enfants . La maison est très agréable et propre. Notre accueil est chaleureux grâce à Esmael. La maison est reculée du centre et permets d’être au calme avec ce petit jardin. La maison est bien équipée et la literie confortable. Nous recommandons cette maison pour passer un bon moment dans cette ville. ”

"The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger. The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out! We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better. Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"
