The room needs an upgrade. The furniture is visibly stained and overused. The basic commodities like toiletries, water boiler, thee or coffee were not available in the room. The opening/ closing hours of front desk are not included in this information about the property. Also Needs to be updated! The front desk clerk can’t hear well and the customer has to speak very loudly to communicate. Not very welcoming. Nothing against anyone but a hearing aid or upgrade of the hearing aid will help everyone involved. Now it’s not a very nice experience when having a simple conversation or question.

Die Nächte waren ruhig und das Frühstück lecker. Aufgrund der sommerlichen Temperaturen wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert gewesen.

Zimmer OK wenn das Fenster zu ist. 4 spurige Straße vor dem Hotel. Andere Seite ist ein Bahnhof. Aldi, Edeka,Subway, Döner und das große M gleich vor Ort. Parkplätze sind auf der Straße, immer einen bekommen.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, Frühstücksbuffet hat sehr gute und leckere Auswahl. Lage gut, kostenfreies Parkhaus in der Nähe, allerdings zwischen 23 und 4 Uhr geschlossen. Oberhausen 10 Minuten entfernt mit zahlreichen Erlebnismöglichkeiten. Düsseldorf mit 40 Minuten recht weit entfernt für bspw. das Abenteuerland Musical.

Kurzer Aufenthalt

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, war das Hotel in Ordnung. Bei beiden Zimmern fehlte eine Duschtür, somit stand das Bad unter Wasser. Im Waschbecken und auf den Ablagen lagen Haare und Staub. Die Zimmer lagen an einer viel befahrenen Straße, was für einen hohen Lärmpegel sorgte. Beide Zimmer wiesen einige Gebrauchsspuren auf.

Naja, war günstig

Doppelzimmer für 2 für zwei = 79€. Soweit OK, Rezeptionen nett und entgegen kommen. Zimmer wirkte "schmuddelig" ohne dreckig zu sein, Fenster sollte man nicht öffnen, was Sinn machte, da der gegenüber liegende Bahnhof sehr laut ist. Die Straße am Bahnhof war nicht minder laut. Fazit: hat gereicht um zu Schafen, nächstes mal aber wo anders.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, woher 4 Sterne

Frühstück katastrophal, weil Wurst am Rand trocken, Senf eingetrocknet, Eierspeisen kalt, Kaffee schmeckte nicht, Saft schmeckte gegoren, insgesamt sah alles nicht frisch aus, Zimmer staubig, Duschtür defekt, keine Kosmetikartikel, dreckige Handtücher, Minibar nicht gefüllt, Zimmersafe defekt, Schimmel in Dusche usw., aber Rezeptionspersonal freundlich und bemüht, Bar besteht aus 4 Hockern und Theke im Frühstücksraum.
