Writing **Overall Rating: 6/10** Overall, I would rate my stay a 6 out of 10. While there were a few positive aspects, I feel the overall experience could have been much better. One positive was that the rooms were clean and well-maintained. We were also informed that the resort had recently reopened following a fire, so I understand there may have been some adjustments taking place as they resumed operations. Unfortunately, the amenities and entertainment were disappointing. There was very little entertainment or activities available during our stay. In fact, we did not have any entertainment until the final night. We also visited during seaweed season, which unfortunately prevented us from enjoying the beach on the property. We were also unable to enjoy the pool during our stay. This significantly limited our ability to take advantage of the resort's amenities. One of the highlights was the complimentary ride to another beach, which gave us an opportunity to enjoy some beach time away from the property. Another inconvenience was that we experienced electrical problems that required us to leave the property for the day. Customer service was another area that needs improvement. Some of the staff members were not very welcoming, and a few came across as rude and unfriendly. Additionally,
