Staff was awesome as well as the food!! I will return!

This was a great stay the staff was wonderful from the front desk to the outdoor bar everything was great. My spouse and I came for my birthday it was quiet, peaceful versus our house with 10 plus people. The room was clean and very nice, the amenities were also fun could have had jet skis and a little club for us but other than that it was the greatest experience ever. The restaurant served great food and wine was the chefs kiss.. And let us not forget the exemplary taxi services from Francis and Steve…We will most definitely be coming back again

All of the staff were polite. The hotel was wonderful itself and the amenities were awesome.

Most of the staff was very friendly. The rooms are dated. The first room I was in, the sliding door handle broke off in my hand the first time I opened it to get a look at the water. The second room's hair dryer didn’t work. I stayed four nights and my room was never cleaned once, nor were any towels offered, and I dod not have a please do not disturb sign on my door, so plenty of opportunity to have it cleaned. Nice location on the beach though, which is truly what the goal was.

Very good to excellent overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service at dinner was sometimes very slow, but I believe it was due to kitchen backups and some under staffing, not the wait staffs fault. Food was expensive in general. Still It was a great vacation!
