"Could not be any happier…Hensley Hollow Lodge was fantastic!!! We were so pleasantly surprised at how a home that can accommodate/slerp 22 was truly spacious enough to be together without being on top of each other and the views were spectacular! Beds (& pillows) were very comfortable. Easy drive (10-12 minutes) to a grocery. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need (2 coffee pots and even 2 crock pots!). Having a second full fridge on the lower level for beverages or food overflow...

"Great location in Orange County Va farm land very close to many attractions and with in reach to Charlottesville for a day trip via country road route 20 ( no traffic lights). The cottage is an outbuilding on the Bloomingdale Farm property that is surround by working farms. The view from the porch is peaceful and relaxing with the Blue Ridge off in the distance. "We had an absolutely amazing stay in Luray!!! The location was ideal in a safe quiet neighborhood and extremely close to the Caverns, Shenandoah National Park, and various stores & food options. The home was completely immaculate, like a nice new hotel, and had everything perfectly staged. The rooms were able to comfortably fit everyone in our party (7). The bedding and linens provided were clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice with fresh towels and good hot water pressure....

"The house is in a perfect location to visit the main attractions. Even the house is old, the kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled and the upper house was very clean. The house has a ping pong table in the basement but we didn't use it because the basement was very dirty."

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great; the furniture downstairs could use an upgrade. Large kitchen area with everything we needed. "The house is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture and lots of seating for it being a relatively small living area. We had both sets of grandparents and two kiddos (2.5 and 5months) with us and it worked for a F-Su stay. Much longer and it would have been cramped. The land isn’t as walkable as we expected it to be and the chickens were hatching their eggs so we didn’t get to collect eggs. Simply bad timing on that front but good to be aware that can happen. "We had a great time at Old Wagon Lodge. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the property manager was so nice and easy to communicate with. We had rain during our trip which was the perfect excuse to stay in all day and have a family gaming tournament in the game room. The game tables were perfect for our two boys age seven and ten.
