A spacious downstairs living and game area (Pool/ darts/ foosball) with 86in TV, 2 bedrooms with jack/jill bath, guest bathroom and washer/dryer, a covered 13X32 covered deck including 9 person hot tub, seating area with fire coffee table. Access to large backyard with 6 person dining table, corn hole boards, 10 person outdoor firepit with house propane, 4 kayaks.
