Location was perfect, close to or within walking distance to historical monuments/attractions. Metro was close as well. AC was awesome! Off the main road so no street noise.

Location is 30 min walk from tram. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance except Vatican city which takes about an hour to walk.

Room was large and clean. Beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing that needs improvement is wifi signal was very weak in the room. Kept getting disconnected and spotty. The only place it works well is in the lobby.

Staff were outstanding. Helpful and attentive. We received a free upgrade and our room was fit for a king, over looking the Forum. Roof top terrace is exceptional and breakfast was wonderful. The air conditioner struggled a bit but it’s a 600 year old building. Worth the stay and I would return any chance we get.

The property was very old. The front door of the hotel doesn’t work. We have to go through the side door. Our room’ carpet. It’s very dirty.. My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain. Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service. For the price, they’re charging me 8k for 5 nights for a deluxe trip rooms , it’s not worth the price tag.
