“A lovely stay at Paddlers Lane Retreat. Room was cozy and had everything I needed. Close enough to food options but off the path so it was very quiet and serene. Dan was a pleasure to chat with and very helpful with recommendations. If I pass through again, I'll definitely stay here. ”

“This is a lovely, well equipped home, cozy and comfortable. We came to visit Fallingwater, which is just 20 minutes away. The location is a little remote, and we lost GPS frequently. Fortunately, we’d seen in a review that this was the case, and had printed directions at home- and were so glad we did! This host requires all communication be via email, which we found cumbersome. The ability to text would have been very helpful. All in all, though, we very much enjoyed our stay in this charming...

“The check in and check out process were as simple as can be. Roberta was so pleasant and accommodating. My teens really enjoyed the spacious bunk beds and couldn't stop talking about the amount of fish they caught. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for us to regroup as a family. ”

“The cabin is cozy. It has three rooms and two bathrooms. My kids liked using the big tub. The back deck overlooks the stream far below and you can hear it while eating out there, but you wouldn’t be able to get down to the stream easily. The only disadvantage is it’s a little tough to see the traffic coming over the hill when leaving the driveway and all the cars fly over the hill and down the road. If you are in the front yard you will hear the traffic of the road. ”

“It’s a nice place to stay. The GPS directions are bad. The had us turning left out of Ohiopyle and took us on a goat path. We couldn’t get though so we turned around and went on US 40. It was very quiet and clean. ”
