"The Inn at 84 is such a charming place! The surrounding area is beautiful as you drive up to the inn and orchard. Empire is a spacious apartment with great amenities and an accessible shower, which was very helpful for our group. We heard barred owls from the patio. Nancy and Bonnie keep a lovely house and inn! Be sure to grab some of their honey! "

The grounds are beautiful, with amazing views of the hills and mountains in a very quiet area at the end of a dirt road. Sitting on the deck was delightful. "We had a great stay at Matt and Tracey’s place.The inside was lovely- having plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. It was clean and comfy and even had very well placed outlets. :) We live in a city apartment and the luxury of multiple bathrooms was not lost on us either. We cooked a lot during our stay and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We also appreciated the books and games the house had - especially the classic vintage Disney books which my kids loved and made my Millennial heart swell. There are some areas of the house (garage, basement) that are not for guest use and locked. The views OUTSIDE were INCREDIBLE. Of note- the trampoline in one of the pictures was not there when we visited, which was disappointing to my 7 year old. The outdoor entertainment basically consisted of the pool. It was a huge reason why we booked Matt’s place and we swam almost every day that we were there. The water even in mid August was pretty chilly though. I recommend buying some pool floats that have your body mostly out of the water and swimming late morning to mid day when the sun is right over the pool. Still- floating in the pool will definitely be the core memory I have from our trip. Also- The ladder to the pool also has a locking mechanism that keeps kiddos from climbing which gave us peace of mind. There is shopping and dining within 5 min! Matt was incredibly prompt and thoughtful in his responses when we messaged him! Thank you!!! "

"This is our second time at Finnegan’s barn and it is such a fun place to stay! It captures the uniqueness of old farm-style VT living. Haley is a wonderful host. She was very responsive to our questions, and even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to VT."
