“A group of women stayed for the first Oktoberfest weekend. We had a great time in New Ulm! The property fit all of our needs, was very clean, easy to check in to, had a backyard we spent time in, and was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There were yard games in the garage and board games in the basement but we just chatted and visited town instead. One afternoon we walked to Turner Hall. It’s about a 20 minute walk but there’s sidewalk the entire way, quiet streets, and cute houses and Halloween……

“We were looking for a central location for family to meet for our parent’s 40th anniversary. The Vintage Inn was lovely, clean. The host was kind and responsive. The place had charm and was exactly what wanted. The bookstore across the street was a huge bonus for our family of readers! We loved exploring Ramsey Park and the Grandview Valley Winery. Some of our group drove to Walnut Grove to see the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum. The locals were kind and helpful! The only downside was the traffic……
