Objectively, this place is about 7.5 out of 10
---------------------------------------
For the price it's a 9.5 out of 10 !
--- Full disclosure, I have stayed here 4 or 5 times since September.

>>> Things I liked >>>
Off season, mid-week was $90 all in. Good location, near Six Flags. Even Off season, lots of convenient places to eat within a mile or less. I hate shopping but lots of shopping across the road.
-- Close to Hwy 80 with good on / off ramps
-- Decent pool with a large deck, Pretty Good breakfast is included, Rooms have a mini fridge & small microwave. Rooms facing the pool are super quite and no road noise. -- I liked that the toilet and tub/shower are separate from the sink and mirror -- 2 queen beds had 4 pillows each !! - towel bar had 4 bath towels - TV was good size, wall mounted with good picture: HOWEVER, very limited channel selection options on the TV. - small writing desk with lamp.
>>> Things I didn't like >>>
Room needs more light, No ceiling light except at entry, otherwise its two small lamps. - Room is pretty spartan with newer but cheap looking desk, drawers, desk and sink counter - The bed is firm. Not rock hard but still, pretty firm. I'm a big guy, 270 lbs, and a side sleeper so my shoulders got sore and I had to roll back and forth a couple times.
-- Biggest gripe - I commute to work from here. Having breakfast start at 7 am is way too late to open. Also coffee should be ready by 6:00 am not 7:00am
