Excellent hotel, wonderful hosts.
Staying at the Chelsea House was a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean and decorated in a stylish retro way with the comfiest bed we have ever stayed in. The hosts are nothing short of amazing! They offered a warm, friendly welcome and were always attentive. The breakfast was excellent and the treats Sharon prepared for each guest were delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Falmouth to stay here. We will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect Honeymoon Retreat
Steps from the Atlantic, the Chelsea House is a comfortable and stylish inn that exceeded our expectations over a four night stay. A short walk from the Falmouth harbor and the many restaurants and bars that dot this beautiful seaside town, the Chelsea offers quiet and clean rooms with a rock-and-roll twist. You do not want to miss breakfast, not because of any B&B awkwardness that results in missing that meal, but because it is made-to-order and fresh and delicious. Try the Full English with a poached egg. Sharon and Nigel are warm, hospitable, and welcoming. If they aren’t suggesting fun things to do, they are ensuring your stay is perfect. Shoutout to newcomer, Holly who serves breakfast with a smile. Street parking is a snap. We’d return without hesitation. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A stones throw away from Gyllyngvase beach, a 15 minute walk from Pendennis Castle and a 20 minute walk from Falmouth Town Centre Chelsea House is a retro chic Bed & Breakfast with rooms themed after iconic music artists (we stayed in room 5 themed after Amy Winehouse). It is a perfect location for someone who wants to get away from hustle/bustle and noise of a city like London! Owners Sharon and Nigel were some of the nicest people I have ever met; Nigel picked us up from Falmouth Town train station when it was pouring down with rain when we arrived and Sharon treated us to baked treats every morning after breakfast. They also gave us recommendations on where to eat, visit, were more than kind and constantly made all of their guests every morning at breakfast. I highly recommend staying at Chelsea House come rain, come shine - I will be going next year and I will make sure to book direct.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was lovely, with an amazing view of the sea, and a balcony. They really have thought of everything in this B&B! Super friendly too. You can walk to the beach and town. We will visit again!

Lovely property in excellent location. Very clean throughout, could not fault it. Staff very nice and welcoming. Very tastfully decorated. Breakfast was very nice with enough options to suite everyone, including vegetarians. Also were given a small treat/snack everyday.

Perfect Stay
Our stay at Chelsea House was part of a longer trip around Devon and Cornwall, and was without doubt the best hotel we stayed in. Sharon and Nigel were perfect hosts, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A lovely boutique B&B run with pride, care, and good humour by Sharon and Nigel. Excellent rooms well maintained, excellent breakfast, excellent service, really can't fault it (and I am picky)! Peaceful residential location within walking distance of the main shopping street one way and beaches the other. Loved the little takeaway homemade baked snack provided every day, a nice touch!

Return visit a must!
Stopped over for one night only, right next to the pavilion theatre, very good position, only short walk into town. The rooms are all themed to musicians and nicely furnished retro-chic. Homemade chocolate refrigerator cake left for us( nice touch) Breakfast was superb, fresh fruits and yoghurt, full breakfast cooked really well.excellent service by all, very welcoming. Return visit a must!

It can’t be any better
If you plan to go to Falmouth you don’t need to think about where to stay. Chelsea House is the place where I would stay ten times out of ten. I can’t find anything to complain about. It is simply perfect, lovely and luxurious!

The location is terrific--easy walk to the center of town or to the beach. The owners, Sharon and Nigel, were very welcoming as was Linda, the waitstaff. Breakfast was delicious with so many options. I'd love to stay at the Chelsea House again.

A Wedding Stay
Our two nights at the Chelsea House B&B for a friends wedding was outstanding and the breakfasts were exceptional. The attention to detail and attentiveness of the owners and staff was second to none, we were made to fell extremely welcome. Well positioned with a see view balcony, our room was lovely. A truly first class stay and if we're in the area again, Chelsea House is the place for us!

The BEST place to stay!
Our second time staying here and if possible even better than the first!! We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Room 8 on the top floor had a lovely little balcony where you could easily see the sea. Fantastic walk in shower with nice towels, slippers and shower gel. Home made brownies, fresh milk and water all complimentary in the fridge along with a large selection of teas and coffees. Outside there is a gorgeous summerhouse with a ‘honesty bar’ sun loungers and tables. Breakfast had EVERYTHING, left feeling very full!! All in all an excellent place to stay, free parking and an easy few minutes walk to the sea, town or train. Could not fault and cannot wait to return, THANK YOU!!

What more can I say!
The hotel was immaculate in every way, the staff were superb, wht more can I say, the only reservation I have and nothing can be done about it is that it is not close to restaurants although it is colse to the pavillion which as it was a business trip we didn't investigate.
