Location was great - short walk to Main Street Falmouth to shops & restaurants. Plenty of parking. Everything was fine for our stay. Rooms were clean and plenty of space.
Perfect spot if you like to be close to downtown. Easy walking to restaurant and shops. Staff were great. Room was comfortable. Only improvement I would suggest is more outlets and in accessible locations in the room.
Ideal location, super close to the main street of shops and a short walk from the beach. I stayed with my partner for 4th of July weekend and it was wonderful.
Like other reviews said, the facilities are on the older and more outdated side, but we booked a queen bed and our space was clean and everything was functional. Met expectations and it was a great stay.
I absolutely loved this place. The folks here are super nice & it's all the little things that made my stay really nice. Upgraded my room, let me checkout a little late, fantastic breakfast, etc. Place is nothing like your high-end hotels but that's what I really loved about it. It's old school but very clean & comfortable. I've been to so many hotels/motels on the Cape & this is my favorite. I'll never go anyplace else.

You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed.
This was a last-minute stay when the last ferries to the islands were cancelled. Staff was courteous, helpful and understanding. Room was large, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the loan if a phone charger.
Also, note the very convenient location
Very quiet, kind staff, very clean and very convenient hotel. It is a bit dated in many ways, but that adds to the charm and the Cape Cod experience. Would return anytime.
The facility overall is quite good. The location, very close to the center of Falmouth, is great. The grounds are well-kept with lots of outdoor seating. There is both an outdoor and indoor pool that are clean and never overly crowded as far as we could tell. The room with 2 queens was clean and the beds very comfortable. Staff were cordial and helpful.
On the negative side, the bathroom, separate from sink area (which is actually more convenient) has a low-seating toilet with no hand rails to grasp for hoisting oneself up. This could be a problem for elderly or mobility-compromised guests. Less serious is the lack of an operation/channel guide for the TV. It would be nice to have a guide instead of having to hunt and peck through the channels to see what is available. A small detail but both my husband and I agreed on this one.
The facility is not luxe but it has its own charm of old Cape Cod that leaves one thinking of simpler times when lounging and relaxing with family was the only thing needed for creating a great summer memory.

This was a wonderful location for a quick ferry visit to Martha's Vineyard. The hotel itself is a little worn down. The location, the pool, the walking distance to the town, and the friendly staff made it a wonderful visit.
