Ideal location, super close to the main street of shops and a short walk from the beach. I stayed with my partner for 4th of July weekend and it was wonderful. Like other reviews said, the facilities are on the older and more outdated side, but we booked a queen bed and our space was clean and everything was functional. Met expectations and it was a great stay.

Perfect spot if you like to be close to downtown. Easy walking to restaurant and shops. Staff were great. Room was comfortable. Only improvement I would suggest is more outlets and in accessible locations in the room.

I absolutely loved this place. The folks here are super nice & it's all the little things that made my stay really nice. Upgraded my room, let me checkout a little late, fantastic breakfast, etc. Place is nothing like your high-end hotels but that's what I really loved about it. It's old school but very clean & comfortable. I've been to so many hotels/motels on the Cape & this is my favorite. I'll never go anyplace else.

You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed.

This was a last-minute stay when the last ferries to the islands were cancelled. Staff was courteous, helpful and understanding. Room was large, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the loan if a phone charger. Also, note the very convenient location

The hot water in the bathroom sink didn’t work. There wasn’t a vanity. They had one ply toilet paper. The toilet was very low to the ground so if you have bad knees it would be an issue. The hook on the door was pulled off. No outlet in bathroom. We arrived at 2:30 and had to wait till 3 o’clock to go to our room even was probably 30% occupied. They offered breakfast, but would not let us participate since we booked through Expedia. The desk drawer was warped and the face of it fell off. There were no towels at the pool. Outdated and gloomy room. There were few outlets and one didn’t hold my call phone plug, it fell out.

I found the place charming. The room was clean and quiet. We were close to the Main Street. Since we were only staying a few days we did need our sheets changed but it would have helpful if the maid came in and emptied out trash and make sure that we had enough toilet paper. My husband emptied the trash several times and went to the office for toilet paper. The step down to the fridge and table was dangerous. We were warned to be careful, but for the older tourists, like us, it could have been very dangerous.
