Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay.

"Staff have an attitude problem. They are not very helpful. Also the room they gave us was really claustrophobic. Window was like the ship porthole. Hotel is little away from town. But taxis are easily available."
