Remodeled home in lovely neighborhood right next to SSM campus! Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the main floor, the third bedroom with a full and twin bed are located in the basement. Turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up to watch TV in the living room, or cook in the remodeled kitchen.
(3) TVs in the home, 2 smart TVs and one Roku stick. There's no satellite or cable in the house so bring your logins for streaming services.
For security purposes there are (3) EXTERIOR security cameras, one at the front door, one at the side garage door, and one at the exterior patio door. There are NO interior cameras or recording devices of any kind.

The home was clean and had great amenities. Close to town and in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. Only small issue is Upstairs beds are high off the floor hard for older adults to use.

If you are planning a weekend trip to Faribault, MN (Shattuck St Mary’s) - this house is the perfect location. Clean, well kept and short distance from the SSM campus. Highly recommend.
