It was very very dirty. There was animal hair all over the room. There was something brown stuck to the box spring. There were mold and mildew all over the tub and window. There was also animal hair in the bathroom and the bottom of the tub was stained. I also saw a roach in the bathroom. And if you see one roach there are more. I am not picky and I know the difference between old and worn and dirty and this was dirty.

I was pleasantly surprised as some of the chains that are second tier in reputation have had disasters in room quality and cleanliness. This hotel was very clean and I would stay there again.

unless this is your only option, stay away. this is a poor hotel in need of a serious influx of cash to fix what is clearly a systemic management and ownership issue. I stayed amongst a group of friends, and all of our rooms were dirty and damaged. one of my friends actually went out and bought their own sheets because we couldn't move to another hotel. the property is very poorly maintained, with damage to multiple rooms, and all the common areas. all of the amenities are closed and in complete disrepair. no breakfast. no gym. no pool. no business center. The sheets and towels are thread bare and in need of replacement. and the laundry service is horrible, with all of the sheets and towels stained and dirty. housekeeping is not available unless you're there for an extended stay. and frankly, it doesn't matter because they do a very bad job. anyway. I'm sure management will reply here claiming they're going to retrain staff, etc. but as far as I can tell, most of the staff are part of a family that run the hotel. I wish them luck, in a very low rate business loan, because without some serious renovation this property is not fixable.

I liked every one thing about the courtyard by Marriott.. the room was nice , nice , the amenities were helpful , and relaxing , .. I had a great time Ohio ,! Hope to see u guys again !
