Property was as advertised. We stayed in one of the two basement rooms. Pretty tight quarters for a family of four, but beds were comfortable and room was very quiet. Continental breakfast was functional. Our only complaint was our room was pretty warm, but we knew it wasn't air conditioned and not much the hotel can do about the unseasonably warm temperatures. They did provide a small fan that helped somewhat. The hotel staff was great. Hard to beat the hotel's location.

Great location, friendly staff.
Room needed a re-hoover after check-in, this was done quickly after being requested.
Feedback for the restaurant is that the high chairs should be kept cleaner, they were always dirty.
Breakfast was lovely with a good selection.
