Travel with family for 2 nights at Hotel Fatima. Kids love breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Great location: so close to the Santuary (literally steps away), also close to the bus location (about 8 minutes walking). AC working great.

This hotel is a perfect choice if visiting Fatima. You can’t get any closer to the entrance to Fatima. Plus the hotel is nice, clean and has a great staff. We were very pleased with every aspect of the hotel. I highly recommend it if visiting Fatima.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff (Bela) in the front desk was very accommodating to check us in early. However, the staff in the breakfast room was so rude. We (8 of us) in our group was eating at the table and she let us move to another table because according to her, the table was reserved for another group. There was no “reserved“ sign on the table when we arrived in the breakfast room. She asked asked to move to another table although there were so many unoccupied tables in the room. There was no “reserved “ sign on any of the tables We were so embarrassed and humiliated that the breakfast staff asked us to move to a dark corner table 😪😪😪
