Overall, our stay was great. The resort was clean, quaint, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and everything felt well-maintained and peaceful — perfect for a quiet getaway. That said, the pricing structure was a bit frustrating. While the base rate was already on the expensive side, we were surprised to find that many things you’d typically expect to be included — like beach access, pool use, and other basic amenities — came with additional charges. It felt like we were constantly paying extra for features that should be standard at this price point. Despite the added costs, we enjoyed our time there. Just be prepared to budget more than expected if you want to take full advantage of everything the property offers.

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days/6 nights. The breakfast was average, nothing to boast over. I am disappointed that I had to call the front desk for room cleaning each day, despite there being a sign on the door which request or deny service. The property is in a good neighborhood with local access to bus stops. Property is older, but good enough to sleep in and close to Vatican City.

It was great for beach access. Nothing in our room worked. Coffee pot was broke. Stove was broke. We had to switch on and off the breakers to use it. Toilet would tflush half the time.

Very loud guest. I called the front desk to complain, not sure if they did anything about it because the people staying right next to my room continued to bang on the walls, play loud music, and yell. The deposit fee is exaggerated $250!? I’ve stayed in better places where the deposit is only $50 or $100. Not worth it specially for the location. I greeted a front desk staff in the morning even though I am the one who had a horrible night, she ignored me. Not staying here ever again.
