“We reserved a room, but due to poor service and smell, we did not stay at this hotel (Apartment/door 20 in building G) because they stopped all communication with us at 8:10 pm on Sunday night. We never did see anyone who was the owner, manager, or employee. On their last text on whatsapp, they asked me to send them a photo of their modem and we never heard from them again. Their wifi / internet service was not working and they expected me to provide tech support to get their wifi operational.……
