“We loved this small hotel with its peaceful outdoor garden and roof top in the Monti district. Within walking distance to the Colosseum and Roman Forum and other sights. Very clean, helpful staff and a large comfortable room (we had a deluxe suite). The hotel isn't cheap but we felt it was worth the price.”

“It was a very nice room with good amenities. It did smell of mildew quite strongly though. That was our only complaint other than that. Everything was great. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and large and it was very conveniently located.”

“Okay so here's the deal: there is a Il Covo Hotel, Il Covo B & B, and then I am not sure what the other level would be. This is NOT clear in ANY description from Expedia. I called Expedia as we were under the impression we had booked the hotel - we were given the b & b. The rooms were supposed to be air-conditioned - the air conditioner worked sporadically- the internet worked randomly - never consistently. I called Expedia - which was a complete waste of time! “Room was large and clean. Beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing that needs improvement is wifi signal was very weak in the room. Kept getting disconnected and spotty. The only place it works well is in the lobby.”
