“The hotel is well situated to explore Rome. The staff are very helpful, friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was tasty with very good options. I am a tea drinker but you just can’t beat Italian coffee! Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed had a few soft spots but overall, we had an excellent stay and I highly recommend. ”

“Location is excellent, the main tourist sights are all walkable and it is right near some lovely boutique shops. Our apartment was on the 1st floor which did mean we were kept awake on the Saturday night from revellers but it was quieter for the rest of our stay, although not quiet, even with the windows fully closed. Just to consider if you are a light sleeper. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed although some knives in the kitchen (there were only cutlery knives)……

“It is a great experience spending 2 nights of our honey moon in Hotel Raphaël-Relais & Châteaux. Jacob was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast and the location are the best. We will definitely coming back again!”

“Excellent location with friendly and helpful staff. Very cute building and the view from the top deck is so worth checking out. I would have rated the hotel five stars except the room we were given had a very small window that looked into a small enclosed space between buildings. As a result the room was dark and stuffy. Opening the window was an issue as a restaurant must have been partially venting into the interior space so resulting in cooking smells with the window open. I would stay……

“Very clean and modern room with an amazing view. Early morning airport shuttle was easy to book and staff is excellent. Shower had hot water and windows provided great sound proofing from the crowds below. 4 stars for the bed which was rock hard and kept us up all night trying to find a comfortable position.”

“Literally walking distance to everything in Rome you want to experience. The elevator helps getting luggage to the top floors. The staff was the best- Ryan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! Communication with all property staff was top notch.”
