“The lady at the front desk was lovely. It was great that they had a small elevator to get upstairs so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up. The soaker tub in the room was a plus, we used it to soak our legs after tons of walking in Rome. Convenient location being very close to the Colosseum. Shower was spacious and good water pressure. Bed was comfy. Complimentary water in the fridge was great. ”
