“Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. The location was excellent - walkable to the train station. 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Maybe 20 minutes to Trevi. 50 minute walk to Vatican. There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided……

“My wife and I had never been to Rome. This location, great! The breakfast, amazing as previously reviewed before we booked. The best fresh squeezed orange juice and a great room/deck for breakfast. Probably one of the nicest ones we had in our 2 week Italy trip. The rooms, clean but nothing fancy. Very close to the Colosseum and great restaurants.
