“Muy bien ubicado. Atentos y bonito el lugar”

“At first, it was difficult to find the property so make sure you go up two flights of stairs and ring the doorbell. Staff was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating you got a bed-and-breakfast feel at this place. She woke up early to make us coffee and get us breakfast before our 8 o’clock tour, ordered us a taxi and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms could use a little bit more pillows and in the common area could use more air-conditioning but overall, I would highly recommend……

“I'll start with the bad stuff first. When I wanted to shower shortly after we checked in, the handle came off and the water wouldn't shut off. There was no screw holding the handle in place. I'm guessing this has happened before and it will probably happen again, especially since the building manager was already aware of it. The woman who checked us in (she had clocked out for the evening) came back and reattached the handle. Still, the water pressure was very low and the water temperature was……

“Estava sem controle do ar condicionado mas não foi necessário. Demais itens OK. ”

“Very nice great location.”

“The attention from the staff at the reception and breakfast area is very good, breakfast is really good with several options. Location is great, within walking distance from almost every major place worth visiting; the only issue was that the partition wall at the shower is too short and the slope is not enough to keep the water in, so it leaks into the bathroom floor.”

“Very clean rooms , staff very nice - location was great , very close to shopping , churches and restaurant.”

“工作人員很親切，環境不錯唯一缺點是電車的聲音，但飯店有準備耳塞。”

“Our room was very clean, but was basically in a dungeon. The three stairs walking down to it was a bit of a safety concern.”

“The property was clean, the staff was excellent. Special mention for Antony. He is a very pleasant and helpful gentleman. He waited for us outside when we arrived, showed us where everything was on a map and how to get there. When we were leaving he booked a taxi for us at 6:30am and he actually came to make sure the taxi showed up and we had transportation to the airport. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was stocked with all kinds of cookies, crackers, coffee, tea……

“This property was a perfect location for us. Very close to sights, dining and wonderful walks.”

“It was in such a cute area!!! I loved the room-very clean and adorable It is very close to the river, the Vatican. Lots of super cute eateries. My luggage was safe when I left it in the lobby before check-in. If you are traveling with large suitcases this place is not for you. The street it is on is walking only. You need to get your own luggage about 5 streets where the taxi drops you off and then up a big flight of stairs. But otherwise I would highly recommend it!!!”

“Perfect place!”

“Great location, staff was very helpful. Solid option with all the basic amenities needed.”

“The receptionist was so nice and friendly that she offered us a lot of useful information! The location of this hotel is really good and safe. We would like to stay here again if we are coming back to Rome again!”

“Very happy with our stay here! Simple, clean room in an excellent location.”

“Vincenzo was very responsive-and helpful.”
