“We really loved staying here. It is SO close to the Pantheon we basically stumbled across it (how could you not) on our way to dinner the first night. “I was not satisfied with the service I received. I booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, I was told that although I had paid for a room for four, only two people were allowed to stay. This made no sense and was very frustrating.
I was then charged an additional €80 for the two extra guests, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable.
While the room itself was clean and conveniently located close to everything, the building overall was not very clean.
