What I loved most about this property was the attentiveness from the moment I walked through the door. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, supported, and that all my needs were met. Check-in was seamless the team was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. They handled everything effortlessly, from helping with our luggage to making sure our room had everything we needed. They even took the time to ask if we needed any additional amenities, offered dining recommendations, and made sure we felt accommodated, even with a small child in tow. Their genuine care and attention made our stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend this property and will definitely keep it at the top of my list for future visits to Spain.

Eco rated which means terrible AC. It was hot everywhere. My room has a moldy smell which they tried to fix. My friends room was the same. The ground floor bar and Terrance staff were amazing. But the property has many weird issues.

The hotel is close to the airport by car & accessible by train, but we took a cab. Finding transportation all around was a breeze - super easy to navigate. We got across the street daily and it was wonderful! The hotel buffet is a bit pricey, so if you want that option, take the discount that’s mentioned at check in, and if you go, get there early as they clean up exactly at 10:30, if not a few minutes before. The staff was wonderful! Very helpful in all ways!!
