“I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room,but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. “Nice place. Loved the suite with our own kitchen. Friendly staff. Would stay again.”

“Pros: Staff was very helpful. Rooms were large. Cons: No weekend breakfast buffet even tho advertised. Housekeeping failed to make up beds although they cleaned the bathroom. Close to interstate very loud -ask for a room not facing the interstate. ”

“Hotel is completely unhelpful when the room was accidentally booked under the wrong name. Even though I could show proof that it’s my reservation, they refused to allow my employee to check in. They wouldn’t change the room over to his name said it was against policy and that I had to contact Expedia. Expedia told me I had to talk with the hotel because it was past check-in time and there was nothing they could do. So my options were to cancel my reservation and lose my money because it was……
