I was traveling to Canton for an event and the host hotel was sold out. I went online and read the reviews for other hotels and Springhill Suites had great reviews. It was the perfect choice. Very close to the airport, but also within walking distance of tons of great shopping. This would be a great hotel for families as they have washers/dryers available and free breakfast. The kids at the table next to us were having a blast making waffles.

Myself and 2 friends stayed one night while in town to see a concert. Had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Everything was comfortable and clean. Small refrigerator in room, single cup coffee maker in room but did not use it. Microwave available on the floor near the ice machine. Breakfast was just ok. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would stay there again.

Everything was great until we tried to get out of the parking garage and our ticket wouldn’t work. Fortunately the head of the garage was pulling in when we were having trouble and told the guy on duty to let us out. Coming back from our event that evening we couldn’t get into the garage and are going to dispute the charges with the front desk.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding at Stan Hywet... good location and close drive to Akron. Check in was simple and they allowed early check-in since I had to get ready for the wedding. Room was clean and updated and very spacious; full kitchenette was unexpected but very appreciated. Would stay here again if I needed to be in the Akron area.
