Although we just stayed for a night for convenience of being near airport for next morning early flight. Beds were really uncomfortable & only have two flat pillows on the bed which made the nights sleep poor. Sadly there was early check in but nothing was available

Overall our experience on this place is 9/10. Our room smells good and its clean. I love the front desk Bill and the other guy on (nightshift) they are so nice and smiling and help what I need.

Check in was very slow and only one person working. Room did not feel clean and thermostat in room did not work. Unfortunately on the first floor and workers were extremely loud chatting at 7am.

We made a reservation for three nights, every time I need in and out to my room, I had to go all the way down to the reception to unlock the key card and go back up to my room. The last time when I asked the person on the reception if that is normal, he took the card and unlocked it without saying anything, not even sorry. So if you come back late to the hotel and for some reason no one there to unlock your key card, GOOD LUCK

This LaQuinta is very convenient to lots of NE Ohio fun. We've stayed there several times....and after many years it needs to be freshened up. Spruce it up physically, and get the employees to sharpen up too. They are nice people but has no one coached them up to be happy in their work like the Chick-fil-a employees?
