"Great location. The Adventure park and town close. The house and property met our needs. The grill was not working but they sent someone to service within 20 minutes and saved our family meal. Pool facility was nice. The only thing is you need to understand that the heater only does the pool or the jacuzzi at a time, so you just need to take a look at the schedule that is posted. Kitchen great with everything."

"The property manager was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The property was so spacious and clean. Sometimes our kiddos didn’t even want to leave the property because they loved it so much! Definitely would recommend and hope to be back!"

"The location was perfect: just off the road leading to the ski area, and close to the supermarket and the gas station. Garage is a big plus in the winter. The place had everything we needed for a family stay, plenty of space, laundry machines - overall, it made our vacation run very comfortably and smoothly."

"The house is nice and modern. Dog friendly but there were plants with burrs everywhere. There are actually 5 bedrooms so a lot of people could stay there. Being able to go to the Ideal Beach Resort was awesome. It ends up being expensive if you only have 1 or 2 families, so having more would help to divide up the costs."

"The property management company was absolutely wonderful, even when we had a stupid question. (We arrived after my sister and were rushing to make dinner so had not read rules and instructions yet.) Kind and very helpful. We did find the fire pit was out of order which we learned the management company knew, but the owners had neglected for a few weeks. One bed smelled the first night, but my sister rewashed the sheets and then bought Febreze and didn’t notice it again. We did have a 5 star...

"This was the ski vacation my brother and I take annually. The skiing was absolutely great. But there were no clues given that the town of Garden City basically closes for the winter. Most restaurants and bars are closed during the winter months. Those that were open were lacking. Good people, yes. Bad food, yes. The VRBO was just fine fortunately."

"Little did we know that we would book our stay during a week long snow storm but this place exceeded our expectations while there. Having plenty of board games, arcades, a pool table and foosball table was great to keep our crew occupied during the weather. The owners are so helpful with any questions that we had and shared so much information to help us out. The home is such a beautiful place to stay and the views are amazing. We will be back! "This property is all that it says. Very spacious. Lots of fun games. Maybe could use a few more children’s games. Plenty of games for adults. Common areas were especially nice. Lots of seating. The tubs are a dream. But not enough hot water for the size of the space. Pillows were very flat and kind of useless. Very dusty. Mattresses in basement were very uncomfortable.
