“The host was wonderful with his prompt communication via WhatsApp. He greeted us on the day of arrival. He explained in details the unit and surrounding areas. It was a great location and a very nice, modern and up to date unit.
Just a suggestion, in the pictures it looks like 2 separate bedrooms because there are 2 doors. However, it’s actually 2 rooms combined into one, a wall was removed to make it a larger space. Maybe you can add that description for the customer for……

“Stay somewhere else.
Stained sheets, no hot water in the shower.
No response from the hotel when asked about hot water issues while in the room (nobody on site to speak to).
Sent in circles when calling about the issue after checking out; Told we never reported it despite having screenshots. Told that we would have to wait for an imaginary manager to return so they can respond to the complaints. No one ever returned the call or emailed.

“I liked that it was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Place was clean and well kept. However, was very noisy from others banging doors or talking downstairs. The internet wasn’t working and I could not get a response from management as to how to fix it.”
