Great location and super quaint 👍🏼

This place is so relaxing, cute and updated! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and this amazing little place. We will definitely be back again next year. Everything is so close, Hendersonville, Etowah, Brevard, Saluda and The Gorge, DuPont Forest, The Pretty Place and all the amazing restaurants ♥️👍🏼

Just a getaway

We were here in February for our anniversary. This trip was just to get away. Very clean close enough to do what we wanted to. I also enjoyed the paddle boat this time. Another great stay. Will book again.

Perfect little spot for quiet couples

We had such an awesome experience at this location. Situated in Historic Flat Rock just 20 minutes away from Downtown Asheville, it is perfectly located for couples who want a taste of the nightlife, but want to head home for a quiet night. I loved the community area we stayed in. We enjoyed fishing at the lake mere steps from our front door. Overall , great experience with an awesome host. The icing on the cake though was the rainfall shower!

Nice place to stay but ...

The place is nice and is as advertised. We only have two small items to consider. 1)We arrived after dark and lighting/sinage made it difficult to find the unit. Once we found it, no problems. 2) The only seating in the condo was two wooden bar stools and one paddedstackable chair.

Being seniors somewhat challenging

Place is very clean. Being seniors we found it challenging. A lot of bending…drawers at the foot of the bed. Watching tv meant sitting on the bed which doesn’t work for us. A few instructions for running the washer/dryer unit would be helpful. The location is convenient and makes for a good home base to explore the surrounding area.

43 anniversary

This was our fourth time going to Mill House Lodge, first time staying in this condo. We loved it. I have a broken foot right now but I’ve already booked it again so we can go kayaking. Great time, thanks for everything.

Perfect Couple Getaway

We booked this property for a last minute kid-free getaway. It's exactly as described, maybe the only one we could find with a king bed. Everything is new. The bathroom is a little tight but the space has been been really well done and the walk in shower is just what we wanted. The location at Mill House Lodge was so peaceful and quiet. We spent a lot of time reading on the porch overlooking the little lake. And it was really close to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Hendersonville and Saluda. We had excellent communication with the owners.

Beautiful renovated studio room

This is a beautiful renovated studio room that my wife and I enjoyed for a 2 night stay as we were in town for a bee conference. Everything we could have possibly ever needed and more was accessible and available for us. The condominiums are a little dated but this particular room is great. The grounds were well kept, very quiet, and really relaxing. We took advantage of the pool both evenings and there weren’t any other people in the pool area. I noticed that you could canoe in the pond and grill out as well. Instructions for checkout were simple and easy. Great room and location and would stay here again if ever in the area. Thanks Paul!
