Excellent, warm, helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent location close to train station and old town. Their manager, Jacqueline, was very helpful, making sure that we had a pleasant stay

The main hotel building is beautiful and well maintained, creating a great first impression. However, the separate apartment buildings where our room was located felt much smaller and did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent—the highlight of the experience.

The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is wonderfully located near the tram up to Harder Kulm, and the views of the surrounding river and mountains are a treat. I opted to include breakfast in our stay and it was well worth it; an array of options and the food was delicious. The property has a concierge who helped me plan my day with information on how to get to sites, and the opportunity to purchase my train tickets on site. I have nothing but great things to say about all those with whom I interacted, the comfort of the room, and the lovely locale. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hapimag staff!

Modern, spacious and clean room overlooking the park with alps views. Such a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely come back!
