"The breakfast was okay, but unfortunately the overall cleanliness was very disappointing. The room was very dirty, with dust and dirt in several areas, and there was even a blood stain on one of the pillows. The lobby was constantly occupied by large groups of teenagers watching videos loudly on their phones, which made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable and noisy at times. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, mainly because of the cleanliness and noise level."

"The hotel was good, the staff was nice, although the wifi was not great and it is very far from Amsterdam. You have to take a train or bus that is 8 euro one way, and then metro or tram, which is 3.4 euro one way."

"The hotel was fine for us, and though we couldn't check in early, we were able to use the Wifi while we waited in the lobby, and they securely stored our bags for us. The room was clean enough, but unfortunately the fridge was unplugged so unusable and the toilet seat was loose. I mentioned both issues to the reception at check out and assume they will be fixed. :) The staff we interacted with was helpful."
