“My wife and I stayed in the MH Living apartment for two nights in November 2025. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). “Das Check-In und Parken war schwierig - die Garage ist nur für niedrige Autos geeignet und ohne die App bekommt man den Zugangscode nicht. Zum Glück ging es telefonisch schnell zu lösen. Leider fiel uns als erstes auf, dass die Zimmer nicht sauber waren. Der Fußboden war schmutzig und teilweise klebrig, das Bad war am Fliesenrand sehr schmutzig und der Lüfter wies eine Menge Staubflusen auf. Werktags war es straßenseitig sehr laut.
