“I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”

“Sheet were clean; bed fairly comfortable No breakfast at 8:30 (sign said until 9:00). Desk told us the put out at 5:00 and never replenish. Floor planks in our room were coming up. WiFi was not great. Will not be going back.”

“There is no pool and Nothing for breakfast...and they wont allow a refund even if you have 3 days booked u cant cancel any days they MAKE u stay horrible. They have an extended stay amd there were a lot of men around....will NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. Also beds on poles my husband is 6'4 300 lbs didnt feel secure on bed we were afraid to sleep in same bed.”

“Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and is a great halfway stop on the way to Destin. The staff was friendly, and the front desk lady was polite and tried to help. Unfortunately, our experience with the room cleanliness was disappointing. When we first used the restroom, we found the toilet seat dirty. We called the front desk, but since it was late at night, we were told there was no housekeeping available until the morning and no other rooms were available. Eventually, we were moved……

“The pool only had 5 chairs, mostly broken; no shade. Pool water was somewhat cloudy. Breakfast hours are 6-9 in morning. Went down at 8:45 and nothing was left. They were not refilling eggs, biscuits, etc. we were there 2 nights and they would not make the popcorn either night. Rooms, especially the floors, needed a good cleaning.”

“Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was a good place to eat and didn’t have to leave hotel.”
